These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lookaround (“lookaround,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by unfoundbox (unfoundbox.com). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Description of the service
lookaround analyzes a product URL or description you provide, derives target communities and buyer-intent keywords, searches public sources (such as Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Exchange, GitHub, and others), ranks the results, and drafts suggested replies. Results and drafts are generated automatically and are provided for your discretion.
Accounts
You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose;
- violate the terms or rate limits of the third-party platforms whose content the service surfaces;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
Any replies you post to third-party platforms are your responsibility and must comply with those platforms’ rules.
Third-party content
Search results link to and quote content from third-party platforms. That content belongs to its respective authors and platforms; we do not own or endorse it, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software and design, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the product information you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that results, rankings, or drafted replies will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.
Pricing and refunds
The service is currently provided free of charge. When paid plans launch, payment and refund terms will be added here and will apply to those plans.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated. A specific governing jurisdiction will be specified here as the service matures.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
